Job Title: Service Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Pay: Weekly pay + Performance-based bonuses

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Estimator to work alongside our service manager and team to develop strong relationships with property managers, building owners, homeowners, and HOA’s. Your role will be essential in creating and marketing service and maintenance programs to help our clients manage their roofing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey roofs, diagnose issues, and provide detailed reports to clients
• Prepare estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Create and present proposals and reports to decision-makers
• Manage schedules, communicate with clients, and attend safety meetings
• Support service crews when needed and attend company promotional events

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Knowledge of roof repairs and maintenance programs
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Proficient with computers
