Property Accountant

$60,000 - $80,000

Philadelphia PA / Hybrid

Liberty Personnel is working with a growing Property Management & Development client adding a Staff Accountant to their Property Accounting Team. You’ll manage the accounting for a portion of a growing portfolio of mixed use assets. You'll interact with leasing, operations, corporate, and 3 rd parties to ensure accurate accounting of your assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Assist with journal entry preparation
• Analyze leasing costs
• Review lease reconciliations
• Perform accounting analysis
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Review and maintain property budget
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Assist with the year-end fina ncial audit process
• Assist with annual entity tax returns

Skills / Required Background

• 2+ years of property accounting experience 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Property Management Accounting Software experience required
