Job Description:
The Office Assistant will oversee general office duties. This role will
consist of notarizing, scheduling and constant communication with Executives in the office. The Office Assistant will also be running errands as instructed as well as upkeeping of the corporate office, in this case a farm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● General office/farm oversight
● Greet and escort personnel to the appropriate office
● Assist with administrative duties as directed (including typing, filing, accounts,
etc.)
● Receives supplies and shipments, alerts appointment department for Pick-up
● Receive, sort and distribute mail as directed
● Event planning
● Create Zoom and Google Meet meetings
● Notarize documents as directed
● Run errands as directed by office personnel
Qualifications:
● Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
● Receptionist in SNF setting preferred
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively
● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
professionalism
● Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
● Must be willing to take Notary classes/certification
